To strengthen our Talent team, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.


The field of digital is constantly evolving, it attracts you and you are looking to progress in a successful, ethical, and human-sized company.


You will be able to identify the needs of the market and recruit suitable candidates in a 360-degree approach.

YOUR FUTURE CHALLENGE


As part of our Talent Unit, your main tasks will be:


Coordination with clients, candidates, and the agency's internal team.

Accurate analysis of our client's needs and search for talent via different platforms and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Bullhorn, Jobup, etc.).

Selection and direct approach of expert candidates from the digital domain in Switzerland and Europe.

Checking candidate references and assessing their technical qualifications on behalf of our clients.

Retention of candidates and clients.

Managing recruitment contracts and posting jobs online.

Leveraging this community to create a large-scale, qualitative network of experts.



YOUR PROFILE


You are commercially minded and enjoy working with people.

You have strong communication skills and are able to adapt to different people.

You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage priorities.

You have a good sense of humor and a good sense of humor.

You know how to work under pressure while respecting the deadlines of our clients' projects.

You have emotional intelligence and are able to show empathy towards the candidates.

You have a good sense of organization and are able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

You respect established internal processes and understand their importance.

You are fluent in French and English, German would be an asset.
