YOUR FUTURE CHALLENGE


For the account of our client in the blockchain industry, we are looking for a smart and passionate collaborator that will oversee the NFT Studio and ecosystem's day-to-day communication and relationship management.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


·You will be responsible for bringing in leads through inbound/outbound channels.

·You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of projects into the ecosystem and providing high-quality feedback and consultation to partners regarding NFT's best practices, web3 strategy, and appropriate internal connections.

·You will take ownership of strategy, planning, and execution of day-to-day activities and operations agreed with partners to drive partner and or project success.

·You will manage the existing gaming and eSports partner portfolio and take lead in onboarding new potential partners in collaboration with the wider marketing team.

·You will participate in creative sessions with partners to create compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with the gaming and crypto space while leveraging the company as an L1.

·You can read NFT/Web3 market conditions and translate that into a value with current partnerships.

·You support identifying industry trends and maximizing opportunities for growth of the company within the broader gaming/eSports industry

·You will deliver high-quality briefings for management and relevant team members to report on partner success and progress. Support the management team in the partnership renewal processes.




YOUR PROFILE


·You understand the industry’s best practices and trends within the NFT industry and advise/support new projects accordingly.

·You understand the behavior of esports and gaming fans to know best practices to educate and avoid crypto backlash.

·     You have knowledge of esports and gaming environments and fan engagement to translate into the web3 space.

·     You will be accountable for customer retention and expansion, increasing the lifetime value of existing customers through client management, forecasting, and driving growth through a variety of creative means (partnerships, connecting to ecosystem partners and investments, technical advice and design, relationship management, etc.).

·Consultative and problem-solving in dealing with top-tier projects on their blockchain/NFT designs to build the most successful business possible.

·Lead customers through our integration experience and help consult them deeply understand their customers' business and their needs and help them maximize the success of their NFT business.

·Be able to juggle multiple projects and internal teams to be able to provide high-quality service to projects.
